Elder Law and Estate Services

Schwartz Hunter, P.C., provides sophisticated estate planning, estate administration, including wills, trusts, and health care directives (living wills).

Our lawyers also have extensive experience in elder law and disability planning and are sensitive to the needs of these clients. When clients are physically unable to come to our office, we visit them.  We draft documents for guardianships, conservatorships, special needs trusts, and powers of attorney. In addition, Robin Schwartz serves as the court appointed guardian or trustee for a number of people.

As experienced Medicaid planning attorneys, we understand the complex federal regulations governing Medicaid and paying for nursing home care. We have helped many families develop a plan to protect assets for the remaining spouse or family.
