Robin Schwartz is a well respected attorney and member of the Randolph, New Jersey community. She attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelor of Art in Political Science and Spanish in 1979. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University Law School in Washington D.C. in 1982
Now as a partner in the law firm of Schwartz Hunter, P.C., in Randolph, New Jersey, Robin Schwartz has extensive experience in Medicaid planning, elder law, disability, and family law. She handles guardianships, conservatorships, special needs trusts, and powers of attorney. She also serves as a court-appointed guardian and trustee. In her family law practice, her work includes separation and divorce, support, custody, adoption, and mediation.
As a well respected member of the legal community, Mrs. Schwartz is a member of a number of professional associations including the New Jersey State Bar Association, The National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Morris County Bar Association. A Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association, and a member of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Selection Committee of Morris County.
Robin Schwartz has also been an active member of the community having served on the Boards of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Morris County, the Mental Health Association of New Jersey and the United Cerebral Palsy of Morris and Somerset Counties for many years. She is a past president of the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Morris County and the United Cerebral Palsy of Morris and Somerset Counties

Milton Hunter has practiced law in New Jersey for more than two decades. He attended Drew University, graduating with honors in political science and sociology. He went on to attend the University of Virginia School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate.
Mr. Hunter focuses his practice at the law firm of Schwartz Hunter, P.C., on business, intellectual property law, and complex estate and probate matters. He routinely handles cases dealing with business formation, including limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations; transactional matters for banks; purchase and sale of businesses; property leases; licensing and consulting agreements. He also handles non-patent intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyright.
Milton Hunter belongs to several legal associations, including the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey.
As an active member of the community, Milton Hunter provides pro bono services to the Foundation of the New Jersey Alliance, acting as its counsel. He is also a member of the New Jersey Technology Council, and the Garden State Credit Associates.
